12-Month Contract Hybrid Multiple Locations (ACT, NSW, QLD, VIC) Hours: Up to 40 hours per week Clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline A large federal program is entering the delivery phase of a significant digital transformation and is seeking experienced Manual Testers to support the build of a new, consolidated case management and client-facing portal. The work sits within a long-term initiative focused on improving service quality, streamlining user experiences, and modernising core digital capabilities. You'll be part of a dedicated testing function within an agile environment, working under an established Test Manager to help design, maintain and execute the testing framework that ensures high-quality product delivery. Duties Design, document and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts Perform ST, SIT and E2E testing across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environments Validate D365 workflows, forms, security roles, data flows and customisations Test integrations with Azure services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Dataverse, APIs and external systems Use Jira, Confluence and case management systems to manage documentation Work closely with BAs, Developers, Solution Architects and Product Owners to clarify requirements and support successful delivery Troubleshoot D365 behaviours and record clear, complete defect documentation Maintain collaborative working relationships across internal and external stakeholders Requirements Strong manual testing experience across enterprise applications Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) modules Proven capability delivering ST, SIT and E2E testing Experience validating integrations with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Dataverse, APIs and third-party systems Ability to create and maintain structured test artefacts such as test cases and traceability matrices Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for test management and defect tracking Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly Desirable Basic understanding of automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub) Ability to troubleshoot basic automation issues If your background aligns with the requirements and you're looking to contribute to a meaningful, multi-year digital transformation, we encourage you to apply.
