Job Title: HVAC and Refrigeration Systems Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC and Refrigeration Systems Specialist to join our technical services team in Perth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified technician to work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects, maintaining and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assemble, install, test, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems and components.
* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, repairing and replacing parts as required.
* Inspect, clean, and maintain chillers, split systems, ventilation, and filtration systems.
* Carry out scheduled preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
* Ensure BMS systems are operating efficiently.
* Provide estimates for minor HVAC works and assist with contract reporting.
Requirements:
* A current trade licence and experience in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
* A Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick).
* A Restricted Electrical Licence (advantageous).
* 1–5 years' experience in HVAC service and maintenance (commercial experience desirable).
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
* A current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.
* Full working rights in Australia (essential).
