**Job Summary:**
As Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our bus services, including scheduling, fleet management, and driver supervision. You will develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, manage and motivate a team of bus drivers and other operational staff, analyze operational data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement, ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and safety standards, and contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making process.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
* Manage and motivate a team of bus drivers and other operational staff
* Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and safety standards
* Contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making process
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in a similar operations management role, preferably within the transport or logistics industry
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
* Thorough understanding of transport regulations and safety standards
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or transport management
* MR, HR licence (preferred)
