We are an industry leader in the mining and civil industries with over 50 years' experience and a large fleet of heavy earthmoving equipment across Australia. We take pride in our people, our safety culture and maintaining our equipment to a high standard.
We are looking for a proactive Talent Aquisition Advisor who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple sites and departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consultation and engagement with Hiring Managers throughout the end to end recruitment process
- Recruit in line with agreed pay rates, position descriptions and contractual obligations
- Relevant reporting/periodic status updates on recruitment progress
- Build and maintain good relationships with Hiring Managers and Labour Hire companies
- Collaborate with members of the HR team to ensure new starters are effectively onboarded
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years of experience at Advisor level in high volume recruitment
- Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of roles
- Enjoys being challenged and can effectively influence hiring managers
- Positive mentality and can work quickly change directions when needed
- Agency requirement and experience in the mining industry will be highly regarded
