**The Opportunity**
Exciting opportunity for a positive and collaborative administrator to join our Learning & Development, Systems and Processes Team. This role can be based from our Melbourne Office on Collins Street or Sydney Office on Castlereagh street.
The Learning & Development Co-ordinator (Systems and Processes) will support the co-ordination of Stockland learning and development programs and resources. This role is focused on administering learning programs and courses in SAP SuccessFactors (LMS). The role is required to consult and partner with Training Consultants to schedule training programs, as well as engaging with internal users, to assist in resolving issues.
Some of your duties will include:
- Administer learning programs in SAP Success Factors, Learning Management System (LMS)
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions for users
- Ensure the timely processing of attendance records and program feedback is gathered and reported in a timely fashion
- Troubleshoot course completion and errors in SAP SuccessFactors (LMS)
- Support and encourage further development and effective promotion and use of the LMS, amongst employees
- Assist in basic administration of SAP Enable Now
**About You**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a continuous improvement mindset. With a natural passion for learning and development, you will be eager to upskill and be inherently tech savvy, with the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly. Ideally, you might have had some exposure to Learning Management Systems before.
In summary, you will have:
- Ideally some exposure to SAP Success Factors or similar Learning Management System
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude toward learning and upskilling both yourself and the wider business
