What We're Looking For
We are seeking a candidate with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/or Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent, minimum 2 years of experience post-apprenticeship in a similar role, previous experience within a large kitchen operation, and understanding of food safety standards and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities
* Preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality food to guests.
* Oversight of a designated section of the kitchen, supporting the Chef de Partie in daily operations, and ensuring the consistent preparation of high-quality dishes.
* Preparing and presenting dishes that meet the hotel's culinary standards and delight guests.
