About the Role:

Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods or high-value products.
* A proven track record of driving boutique performance from a qualitative and quantitative standpoint.
* Strong understanding of customer needs and priorities, with a focus on clienteling and exceptional hospitality.
* Self-motivated team player with excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales and marketing, HR management, and people management is highly desirable.
