ASO2 Customer Services Officer

YOU | Bring your strong administrative experience and passion for delivering reliable, high-quality support in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, and confidence in communicating with a range of stakeholders will see you succeed in this role. You will also bring:
- Solid administration and customer service experience
- A professional, empathetic manner with challenging or distressed customers
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks
- Experience with customised database systems (desirable)
- Experience communicating with people with disabilities (desirable)
