About the Role:
ARW is currently looking for a full-time Waterproofing Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience. Waterproofing/ Construction industry required.
* Working directly with the Director, Project Engineer, Supervisors, and ARW Site crew.
* Manage contract variations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage in monthly claims submissions.
* Manage in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure smooth execution of works.
* Manage project documentation, including progress reports, contracts, purchase orders, and variations.
* Identify potential risks and issues early and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
* Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
* Working with commercial, civil, and high-rise buildings.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of Blue Beam is essential.
* Knowledge of project drawings & documents is essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Knowledge of construction documentation, such as SWMS, permits, etc.
* Knowledge of BOQs.
* A proactive and adaptable attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Must have a background in the waterproofing industry is essential.
