We are searching for an Casual Dispenser to grow our team.
About The Role
- Provide friendly and efficient reception service
- Assist patients in the selection of optical frames taking into account lifestyle and physical needs
- Recommend use of ancillary products (e.g. contact lens care products)
- Support other team members in the achievement of practice goals and objectives including (but not limited to) processing Medicare, health fund payments, credits / warranties, entering stock, jobs due report, debtor’s management and stock takes
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the practice including overall presentation and cleanliness

About You
- Effective communication and customer service skills both in person and over the phone
- Team focused alongside independent work
- Strong organizational skills and ability to problem solve
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Experience in the optical industry is preferred, however for those eager to take on a new career we are willing to develop
- With no weekend work or late nights
