Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with disabilities in their daily activities, meal preparation, mobility and transportation
Provide emotional and social support to individuals
Help individuals with activities of daily living, such as shopping and household chores.
Assist individuals in developing and achieving their goals
Monitor and document progress of individuals
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Working with Children Check (WWC)
Police Check must be obtained before application
First Aid/CPR
Driver's License
Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred (but not essential)
Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
Australian citizenship is required for this position

Role 1 – Female Personal Care Worker (Showering + catheterisation support)Essential:
Experience providing personal care to adult, including showering, grooming and catheterisation.
Including experience supporting a child in separate designated care hours.
Ability to follow clinical instructions while maintaining dignity and safety.
Reliable, respectful and comfortable delivering intimate care.
Current Vacancies:
Mondays: 4pm–6pm
Tuesdays: 6am–9am
Wednesdays: 3pm–8pm
Fridays: 6am–9am
Role 2 – Support Worker (Young Female, Fun & Engaging)Essential:
Young, energetic female support worker who is fun, engaging and able to build rapport easily.
Support participant with community access, activities and daily routines.
Reliable, positive and able to encourage independence.
Current Vacancies:
Tuesdays: 3pm–5pm
Thursdays: 3pm–5pm
Once off shifts;
6/1: 10-4pm
7/1: 10-4pm
