Account Development Manager

* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS IN CLIENT ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH REGULAR BUSINESS REVIEWS AND VALUE-ADD ENGAGEMENTS.
* DEVELOP LONG-TERM ACCOUNT STRATEGIES AND PLANS THAT ADDRESS CLIENT NEEDS AND IDENTIFY UPSELL/CROSSSELL OPPORTUNITIES.
This individual contributor role partners closely with service and product teams to support established customer accounts by managing assigned customer accounts including account planning relationship building delivering on retention growth objectives developing detailed account information opportunity pipelines engagement notes ensuring transparency insight into account status opportunities driving continuous growth. Key Responsibilities:
* Nurture relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations through regular business reviews and value-add engagements.
* Develop long-term account strategies and plans that address client needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
