The Work
As part of the Facilities Management team, you will ensure the precinct's critical water and gas infrastructure remains at a high standard. This involves varied maintenance work across a complex campus.
* Reactive and preventative plumbing maintenance across hospital buildings.
* Maintenance and testing of backflow prevention devices and TMVs.
* Repairs to drainage, sanitary systems, and hot water services.
* Fault-finding and diagnostics across complex healthcare hydraulic systems.
* Ensuring all work meets strict health, safety, and government standards.
What You Need
We are looking for a reliable tradesperson who takes pride in their work and understands the requirements of a busy hospital environment.
* Trade Qualified: Cert III in Plumbing.
* Licensing: Current QLD Plumbing and Drainage Licence.
* Endorsements: TMV and Backflow endorsements are highly regarded.
* Preferred: A Restricted Electrical Licence is a significant advantage.
* Compliance: Ability to pass a Police Check and provide vaccination records.
* Rights: Full Australian Working Rights.
