About the Role
As an operational leader, you will oversee Fertiliser Operations to ensure efficiency, sustainability, and safety. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing staff levels and skills to maintain productivity and compliance.
* Coordinating production start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers to meet shift goals.
* Planning shift scheduling, rotations, breaks, and overtime for business efficiency.
* Conducting quality control and making adjustments as necessary.
* Monitoring key performance indicators.
* Promoting continuous improvement in production standards and procedures.
The successful candidate will have experience in a production or manufacturing role, with knowledge of modern methodologies, including materials handling, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, HACCP protocols, FMCG, and GMP principles.
