Lisa Jones, a multi-million-dollar brand owner, created SHE-com to support the rapidly growing wave of female-led e-commerce businesses across Australia. Seeing their potential and the lack of tailored resources, Lisa built a space to empower these women to succeed.

We are looking for an experienced Profitability Coach to join our coaching team on a freelance or contract basis for 5 hours per week. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who has either successfully built and exited their own e-commerce brand or worked inside a highly successful e-commerce business, with hands-on experience improving profitability and margins across a product range.
In this role, you will coach our members on how to improve profitability, develop dashboards and templates they can use to track key financial metrics, and create engaging training videos to boost their financial literacy. You will play a critical role in helping our members understand their numbers, maximise margins, and build sustainable, profitable businesses.
- Deliver expert coaching on profitability in live group coaching calls and one-to-one sessions
- Provide advanced guidance on improving profit margins across SKUs, pricing, cash flow, and cost management
- Develop easy-to-use dashboards and templates for members to track financial performance
- Create clear, actionable training videos on key financial topics to improve member financial literacy
- Collaborate with the SHE-com team to identify member needs and create content that addresses common profitability challenges
- Extensive experience in e-commerce, ideally as a founder who has exited or as a senior leader inside a high-growth e-commerce brand
- Strong expertise in profit optimisation, margin improvement, pricing strategies, cash flow management, and financial forecasting
- Hands-on experience using tools and software to manage financials and create actionable reports
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial topics in a clear, approachable way
- Confident coaching both small groups and individuals
- Skilled at developing practical tools, templates, and training resources
- Make a meaningful impact by helping women grow profitable, sustainable brands
