The Company

One of Australia's leading providers of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) organisations is looking for experienced Regional Managers to join their team. Known for their school partnerships and commitment to quality, this organisation offers a leadership platform where "standard" is never enough. The Role

Your role as the Regional Manager will require you to work in partnership with the internal stakeholders and be responsible to:

* Mentor and empower your teams to become local leaders, fostering a culture of ownership and a mission to deliver the best child experiences.
* Navigate the A&R process with ease, supported by a dedicated internal quality and audit powerhouse that ensures your services consistently exceed benchmarks.
* Build strong trusting relationships with key stakeholders, aligning diverse community expectations into cohesive, thriving OSHC programs.
* Turn challenges into growth opportunities within a supportive, collaborative environment.
* Use data to tell the story of your region's success, identifying untapped opportunities to elevate service standards and team performance.
* Implement a consistent cycle of performance reviews that identify top talent and elevate service standards.

About You

To be successful in this position, you must have:

* Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education OR ACECQA-approved qualifications
* Minimum 1-2 years prior experience as a Regional Manager
* Multi-site leadership and compliance experience
* Working with Children Check
* First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Current driver\'s licence
* Passionate belief in the early years care, development and education of children
* Strong ethics and genuine approach towards child safety and WHS
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Adaptability, flexibility, resilience, and is able to respond positively to change
