Administrative Support Professional

The department is seeking an Administrative Support Professional to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

* Support communication and documentation processes by handling correspondence, drafting responses, and preparing reports for routine matters.
* Manage incoming calls, visitor enquiries, and appointments to contribute to a well-coordinated office environment.
* Assist with travel arrangements, ensuring bookings and documentation are accurately prepared.
* Support financial tasks such as budget preparation, payment of accounts, credit card reconciliation, and expenditure monitoring.
* Maintain the office's assets register and supplies, ensuring resources are effectively managed.

This role requires demonstrated knowledge and experience in administrative and clerical functions, keyboarding and computer skills, organisational skills, and ability to use initiative and work independently and as part of a team.
