Temporary Data Collection & Inventory Support Officer (4 Roles) Parkville & Broadmeadows, Melbourne Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm Start Date: 1st June | Short-Term Project (3–4 Weeks) $38 - $40 per hour super (dependent on experience) About the Opportunity We are currently seeking 4 reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Data Collection & Inventory Support Officers to assist with a short-term asset audit project for a key client. This is a hands-on temporary assignment ideal for candidates who enjoy structured work, working with technology, and maintaining a high level of accuracy. The project will involve scanning, verifying, and recording approximately 6,000 assets across multiple sites in Melbourne. Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring equipment and inventory records are accurately captured and updated throughout the project. Key Responsibilities Scanning and recording equipment and asset information Verifying and updating records accurately within internal systems Working through inventory methodically and efficiently Assisting with general documentation and project support tasks Using handheld scanners, laptops, and basic technology platforms About You Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, switched-on, and able to follow processes carefully Comfortable being on your feet throughout the day Confident using basic technology and systems Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Driver’s licence required for travel between sites Project Details Half-day induction and IT setup in Scoresby Approximately 2 weeks based in Parkville Approximately 2 weeks based in Broadmeadows Why Apply?
