Job Summary

The Technology unit provides top-notch digital banking services to Commonwealth Bank customers.

* This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional administrative support to General Managers, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and responsibilities.


Responsibilities

* Diary management: Proactive time and diary management, including the maintenance of electronic files.
* Inbox management: Monitoring and prioritizing emails, as well as assisting in response preparation.
* Document management: Collation of pre-reading materials (presentations, meeting papers, etc.) and review of papers to prioritize items accountable to the manager.
* Meeting management: Arranging meetings, producing agendas, distributing action items, and associated papers as required.
* Risk management: Providing HR support and assistance with recruitment requests, staff exits, onboarding/offboarding, and adherence to Group policies and procedures.
