What's the role?
This role is a Full-time, permanent position based in Kogarah.
The Virtual Manager, Retention is a critical role in the delivery of our group vision. This role will be leading a team of home loan retention specialists from our Regional Brands (St. George, BankSA and Bank of Melbourne) that proactively contact customers to retain their home lending relationship and discuss any other banking needs.
The successful person will be responsible for leading a multi-site team of home loan retention specialists to deliver an outstanding and market-leading service through a range of digital and virtual channels. The team plays a critical role in our first party strategy to retain and grow our lending book and refer any identified needs through a relevant specialist to assist.
The role involves working closely with leaders across the distribution network, frontline teams, and working with our mortgages line of business to ensure our customers feel supported.
What do I need?
* Ideally, you will be an experienced and resilient leader.
* A strong understanding of the home lending journey.
* Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
* Experience in a retail banking background, banking CRMs, developing frontline teams, and managing customer escalations is highly regarded.
