Key Account Support Specialist

The Opportunity
* Update CRM records with leads, client interactions, and opportunities
* Prepare quotes, sales documentation, and presentations
* Coordinate client meetings, communications, and follow-ups
* Support Directors and Sales Team with reporting, diary management, and travel arrangements
* Track sales pipeline, deal status, and key deadlines
* Assist with client onboarding and maintain contact databases
* Provide light marketing support (presentations, social media, website updates)
* Ensure sales processes follow internal procedures and brand guidelines
* Offer general administrative support to the team, including formatting and scheduling
* Occasional travel for meetings, events, or client visits
About You
* 5+ years experience in a related Commercial sector role
* Administration/Operation Managers from the residential industry seeking career advancement are considered
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, with a growth mindset - Training provided for the right candidate
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands
* Able to multitask effectively in a changing work environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing tools (Mailchimp, Canva)
