Key Responsibilities
* Represent Certis professionally at a wide range of events
* Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring public safety
* Conduct security patrols, crowd control, and escort duties
* Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies
* De‐escalate conflict situations calmly and confidently
* Maintain accurate incident reports and logs

What You'll Need
* Valid ACT Security Licence with Crowd Control endorsement
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Previous customer service or security experience (preferred, not essential)
