* Manage the wellbeing and engagement of workers, including onboarding and performance discussions.
* Ensure accuracy and efficiency in timesheets and payroll reconciliations.
* Coordinate worker mobilisation and onsite logistics effectively.
* Support incident response, including transporting employees to clinics when required.
* Conduct regular checks and report as necessary.
* Maintain a productive, positive, and safe work environment through attendance monitoring and employee management.
