$80,000 – $100,000 per year + performance bonuses
We're a small, family-run mortgage broking business based in Bunbury, Western Australia. We work hard, laugh often, and deliver real results for a wide range of clients—from single mums to cashed-up tradies to small business owners. With a growing commercial loan book and a high-volume residential pipeline, we're now ready to hire our first credit analyst.
What (we think) you'll be doing.
We're adaptable as a team and we hope you are too. You'll help shape this role from day one, working closely with our broker and admin team. No micromanaging—just clear expectations, good tools, and trust.
Review client docs and prepare basic borrowing strategies ahead of broker meetings.
Crunch the numbers, run servicing, and structure deals to policy.
Prepare strong submission notes and supporting docs that make our deals bulletproof.
Spot risks and opportunities early, and work with the broker to refine deals.
Liaise with lenders and manage file progression from submission through to approval.
Track policy changes, complete compliance checks, keep everything running smoothly in the CRM—without needing a nudge.
Communicate and collaborate with clients and lenders to ensure we get the best results and maintain great relationships along the way.
About you.
You have a genuine interest in finance, lending, and process, with the desire to work collaboratively.
You've worked in lending or credit support before, so you understand the pressure that comes with the territory, and you know how important compliance is.
You're confident with numbers, obsessed with accuracy and speed, and understand how policy shapes a deal.
You're a clear communicator—your writing and notes are a big deal in this role, and you enjoy a bit of phone banter.
You can identify red flags, and you know when to push back.
You're a problem-solver with strong process discipline (and yeah, maybe you've been called a perfectionist).
You're someone who wants more than just a job—you're open to growing with the business and stepping up over time.
You like jeans over suits, enjoy a good team chat, and value real working relationships.
What we can offer.
A full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary + performance bonuses (but we're happy to offer part-time for the right applicant).
Flexibility—we care more about results than strict hours.
A modern office in central Bunbury, near the beach and top-notch coffee (with the option to occasionally work from home).
A supportive team that backs each other and invests in your growth (personally + professionally).
An immediate start—or we'll wait for the right person.
