Starbucks Shift Supervisors keep the store running like clockwork. They motivate and encourage the team throughout the shift, coaching them and delegating daily tasks. To be a Starbucks Shift Supervisor:
* Leadership experience in the hospitality or quick service restaurant environment preferred

* Ability to learn quickly and direct the work of others
