Job Description:
As a culinary professional, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
You will ensure that all menu items consistently meet presentation and quality standards, maintain strict compliance with kitchen hygiene, food safety, and workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements, and assist with daily food preparation, stock rotation, and equipment upkeep.
Additionally, you will maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene to the required standard.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
* Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments
* Demonstrated ability to operate in line with WHS and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards
* Availability to work flexible event hours, both AM and PM shifts available
