An exciting opportunity has become available at BIG4 Middleton Beach Holiday Park. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Second in Charge to support our Housekeeping Supervisor. Responsibilities
* Housekeeping of Accommodation.
* Supervision of House derive and quality control of their work.
* Creation and implementation of rosters for Housemaids.
* Recruitment of Housemaids.
* Use of cleaning equipment and chemicals to clean effectively to maintain accommodation and en suites at the highest possible standard of cleanliness and hygiene whilst ensuring your personal safety and that of others.
* Work within the set time frames in a systematic and methodical way to perform all tasks as per schedules.
* Communicate and advise management and other key staff regarding issues with cleaning requirements and accommodation maintenance.
* Daily liaison with the Manager and other Department Supervisors.
* Assist the Park Managers toангulate park objectives.
* Ensure that a friendlyणा and caring atmosphere is demonstrated to guests, visitors and employees.
* To have pride in your contribution and achievements in the business.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Previous cleaning experience.
* Computer literacy and office skills.
* Physical fitness.
* Thoroughness and eye for detail.
* Current Police Clearance.
* Driver's license.
* First Aid Certificate.
* Honesty, integrity and a commitment to responsibilities.
* Ability to supervise, work unsupervised and as part of a team.
* Experience in management.
* Experience with hospitality booking systems.
This is a casual position with an average of 25 hours per week (hours will differ during the year), and weekend work is required.
