Reporting to the Residential Manager and working with major clients, this role will support the builder and their clients with all aspects of their tile selections for their new homes.
This role is critical in maintaining the link and relationship for clients and customers and provides significant contribution to business sales performance and will help support the ongoing success for the Residential Trade Team.
DAY TO DAY…
Responsible for the successful completion of client tile consultations for key residential builders where you will provide one on one specialised advice & guidance throughout their selections appointment at various locations across Brisbane at our Beaumont Tiles Stores and Studios.
You will follow this up by managing all administrative aspects related to product and order processing including record keeping and the completion of paperwork related to the selections.
This role will ensure an outstanding customer experience every time where you will manage the sale cycle from the initial building of rapport through to upselling of the product and confirming and processing the order at targeted margins.

5. An experienced Colour Consultant, Interior Designer with a passion for customer relationship management and consultation.
6. Have proven success in sales and can easily build rapport and trust with your client.
7. Someone with vision who can bring customers dreams to life.
8. Efficient with follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction is at its optimum.
9. Possess the professionalism and ability to be self-managed and to work independently.
THE SKILL SET...
10. Both group orientated and the ability to well work independently
11. Effective with time management and appointment scheduling
12. Tile product knowledge and design qualifications considered an advantage
13. A natural flair for design and colour essential
14. Drivers licence and own car essential
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
16. Technology savvy and strong administrative skills
