About the Role
Children and young people with complex needs require a safe, structured environment to heal. Our Youth Worker will provide intensive support, working closely with a team to address root causes of behaviour and build resilience.
The role involves implementing individualised therapeutic plans, addressing emotional and psychological needs, and supporting long-term recovery and development.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with vulnerable populations.
