Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Risk Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders to ensure effective identification, assessment, and management of risks in pursuit of our strategic and operational objectives.
About the Role
* Act as a business partner to key stakeholders, providing expert second-line support in risk identification, assessment, escalation, de-escalation, and monitoring.
* Facilitate risk workshops, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk treatment plans that align with our objectives.
* Provide expert risk management advice at all levels of the organisation, ensuring consistent application of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF).
* Develop and deliver comprehensive risk management training and coaching programs to enhance risk awareness and capability across the business.
* Monitor and maintain our risk profile, ensuring all risks are managed within the Board's risk appetite.
About You
* You will possess a tertiary qualification in risk management or a related field.
* You will have minimum 3 to 6 years' experience in a risk management role or similar experience.
* You will be experienced in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and policies.
* You will align with our values.
* You will have experience in the water industry, particularly in areas related to environmental risk, operational safety, and regulatory compliance.
* You will be accredited as a Certified Practicing Risk Associate (CPRA) by RMIA or similar.
