What you'll do 12 month Parental leave opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader to join the Marketing team leading Retail Media. Reporting to the General Manager – Marketing, the Head of Retail Media will play a pivotal role in driving the retail media strategy across Wesfarmers Health. The successful applicant will be responsible for continuing to drive commercial, strategy and operational goals in the expansion of our Retail Media function.

This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for performance and strategic direction across Sales, Partnerships, Operations, Platforms, Technology, Audience, and Measurement. Having established new technology – including a successful Ad server partnership, connected workflows and deeper relationships with channel and stakeholder teams to deliver scaled retail media solutions, this role will be responsible for evolving media solutions and launching a series of new addressable advertising products across instore, online, loyalty and off‐network to enhance our client‐service led approach with suppliers.

Other key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

* Developing targeted omnichannel marketing solutions to help our supplier partners achieve their key objectives whilst delivering to retail media income targets.
* Lead commercial & revenue strategy with our high‐performing team of retail media managers to deliver and develop new revenue streams from endemic and non‐endemic suppliers.
* Shape the retail media growth plan and continue fostering collaborative culture with internal key stakeholders across marketing, data and analytics, digital, loyalty and merchandise.
* Influence product and planning roadmap to continue to leverage Priceline's onsite and offsite assets, partnerships and new assets to deliver value, brand equity and trusted advice at every stage of the customer journey.
* Ensure decisions and roadmap is powered by customer data and insights to deliver long‐term sustainable growth.
* Oversee growth plans across technology and data partnerships including ad server, addressable audiences and measurement plans.
* Ensure alignment between retail media activity, marketing plans, category plans and supplier relationships.
* Working collaboratively across internal teams to apply full‐funnel, audience‐based approaches and omnichannel strategies to create retail media campaigns.
* Maintain existing trade marketing momentum and develop strategies to bring new advertisers into the program to meet revenue goals.
* Utilise data and analytics to optimise and improve performance and service quality.
What you'll bring

As the ideal candidate, you would have demonstrated a successful track record in a similar position, ideally in a digital marketing or advertising environment, with retail experience being highly advantageous.

Coupled with your natural ability to lead high‐performing teams and drive organisational growth, you will thrive in a fast‐paced environment.

Other attributes and experiences that will make you succeed include:

* Media and Leadership experience: 10+ years leading retail media or media teams with a focus on commercial and operational KPIs.
* Commercial accountability and acumen.
* Ability to craft and implement high‐level strategies that align with commercial, customer and channel objectives.
* Familiarity with retail media platforms, tools and technology and understanding of the retail media landscape and trends.
* Cross‐functional collaboration and track record of delivering operational effectiveness and partnerships.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to build trust and long‐term partnerships.
* Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, but not essential.
