Overview
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at Regency Park, South Australia. This is a permanent full-time position based at Regency Park, South Australia, working day shift hours (6:30am – 3:00pm).
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling freight and containers, including:
- Operating a 3.5t forklift to load/unload containers, trucks, and rigids (general and palletised freight).
- Operating a 16t forklift to load/unload empty containers (6.1m, 12.2m, and 14.3m).
- Conducting pre-checks on containers prior to loading (compliance plates, visible damage, cleanliness, ancillary equipment).
- Ensuring safe load restraint, packing, and securing freight for transit.
- Undertaking general distribution and manual handling tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Current High Risk Forklift Licence (LF).
- Valid Driving Licence.
- Demonstrated forklift experience, ideally with both 3.5t and 16t machines.
- Strong attention to safety, compliance, and detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
