TOMRA Cleanaway is seeking a highly motivated Communication & Engagement Manager to join its team in Tasmania. This role will lead initiatives and collaborate on multi-channel projects that deliver targeted messaging to specific stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Communication & Engagement Manager you will be comfortable working with government at state and local level to ensure outcomes are achieved. You'll build and implement effective communication, marketing and engagement plans for a wide audience across varying demographics, balancing stakeholders and delivering proactive solutions while ensuring contract compliance.
What We're Looking For:
Public relations, communications, marketing or stakeholder engagement qualifications; sustainability and environmental programme experience highly desired. You'll have sound computer skills, familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and other design packages like Adobe Suite, including desktop publishing. Social media and digital channel management & development experience including Hootsuite, Canva and project management tools like Monday.com is also essential.
