This is a dynamic role within our on-site display suite, offering the chance to grow within the property or senior living sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls and manage general enquiries with a professional and positive attitude.
* Manage emails and provide timely responses while being proactive in resolving customer issues.
* Be present in the display suite and greet prospective clients warmly, showcasing exceptional people skills.
* Update and maintain the CRM system for seamless data management.
* Provide general administrative and sales support to the wider team, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
We are seeking an experienced individual with strong organisational and communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a willingness to learn and grow within the industry. A background in real estate or development would be highly advantageous.
