You will lead and support a team of dental assistants and receptionists, contributing to their skill development and ensuring high standards of care and service delivery across the district. Your focus will be on maintaining efficient workflows while meeting organisational requirements for infection control, sterilisation, clinic administration, and client fee management. In this hands-on role, you will also provide chairside assistance to dental practitioners, supporting the delivery of quality dental care to the community. Your leadership and organisational skills will be critical in fostering a positive team culture and ensuring the clinic meets its service objectives in a professional and patient-focused environment.
