Job Title: Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary (850237) - Public Trustee
Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary to lead our accounting, finance, investment, and taxation services. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Group, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our organization by delivering high-level financial advice and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of services.
Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic and specialist advice on complex financial and investment issues to senior management and the Board.
* Oversee the management of investments and taxation services.
* Design and implement policies, practices, and procedures within areas of responsibility.
* Participate in organizational strategy setting, business planning, and monitoring processes.
* Lead and manage teams within Finance, Investments/Insurance/Taxation, and Risk & Compliance.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational strategy setting, business planning, and monitoring processes. They will also possess excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to provide strategic and specialist advice. A strong understanding of financial and investment matters is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
