The Digital Experience Lead role is an opportunity to develop and implement a best-in-class digital experience across web and app, driving traffic and conversion.
As the Digital Experience Lead, you will be responsible for leading the eCommerce trading plan, hitting targets, driving BIG W Market integration, designing and executing our Online & Customer calendar.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing a best-in-class digital experience across web and app.
* Leading the eCommerce trading plan, hitting targets, driving BIG W Market integration, designing and executing our Online & Customer calendar.
* Driving digital innovation, focusing on personalisation, experimentation, retail media, loyalty, and AI.
* Leading a high-performing team, using data to create engaging customer journeys and content.
* Partnering with key stakeholders across BIG W and Woolworths Group to deliver joint business plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5-10+ years eCom experience in a high-trading, large retail business.
* Expertise in eCom trading (esp. automated, data-driven, dynamic, always-on digital merchandising), SEO, UX, CRO, and content.
* Previous experience leading large teams (direct and cross-functional).
* Previous experience as a known and trusted business partner working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
