About The Client
Our Client is a well-established manufacturer within the civil and infrastructure sector, specialising in the production of precast concrete products used in large scale construction and drainage projects. Operating from a busy facility in Swanbank, they are committed to maintaining high quality production standards and a safe, efficient workplace. They are currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team and contribute to the daily operations of the plant.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Precast Worker / Machine Operator ou will be responsible for the below duties:
Patching damaged precast concrete pipes
Repairing damaged pipes, with production volumes sometimes reaching up to 40 pipes per day
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the workshop and plant area
Loading steel cages onto casting pallets in preparation for production
Assisting with basic operations of machine consoles (training provided)
Supporting the production team to ensure efficient workflow and output
What You Will Need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
Drivers Licence and reliable transport
Physically fit and capable of completing labour intensive tasks
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol screen and Pre-Employment Medical
