Principal structural engineer / structural leader

This structural consultancy has experienced rapid growth over the past few years, expanding from a small startup into a team of around 30 staff across structural engineering and drafting.

With a strong reputation built on repeat business and long‐term client relationships, the company continues to secure a diverse pipeline of projects across residential, hospitals & healthcare, education facilities and commercial developments.

Reporting directly to the Director, you will take on an overarching leadership position within a structural team of approximately 12 members. This role is ideal for someone wanting to move beyond pure project delivery into a more influential position focused on team leadership and mentoring, technical oversight, client relationship management, project strategy and resourcing, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
