Administrative Officer
Salary: $74,149 - $79,314 per annum (HEW Level 04) plus 17% employer superannuation.
Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrative Officer to oversee reception, procurement and administrative systems. This role is key in ensuring seamless daily operations through streamlined processes and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing stakeholder requirements, overseeing procurement, including logistics and transport, coordinating meetings by booking venues, catering, preparing materials and recording minutes as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A diploma-level qualification with relevant experience or equivalent training.
