Reporting to the Adelaide & Mt Barker Shop Manager, you'll provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression. In addition, you will: Deliver outstanding customer service to members and customers. Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA’s extensive products including Insurance and Road Service. Resolve inquiries promptly and efficiently. Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members. Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team. Plus much more, found in the position description here. Hours Approximately 20-30 hours per week, with shifts scheduled on both weekdays and weekends. Full-time training at our Mile End head office from Feb 23 rd - March 20 th. About you You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for: A genuine passion for helping others. Proficient with the use of computers. A passion for achieving and exceeding targets. Ability to build rapport with members and teammates. Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
