A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join their team as soon as possible on a 12-month contract basis initially.
**Your new role**
This role sits at a Level APS4. This busy role will see you responsible for:
- Managing or responding to enquiries including recruitment activities, general P&C and conformance activities
- Providing administrative support for teams including reporting and secretarial functions across the division
- Providing support, guidance and recommendations for improving the efficiency of business processes
- Maintaining P&C data to complete regular reporting requirements
- Assisting in the delivery of projects, performing basic research and analysis
- Collating onboarding documents
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience with onboarding and strong administration skills
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Well-developed communication skills and time management
