About the Role
The Account Executive is responsible for identifying sales leads, presenting ActivePipe to new and existing ANZ customers, consulting with decision makers to close the sale, and maintaining professional relationships with all contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain a high level of knowledge on ActivePipe's products.
* Identify, qualify, and close new and upsell business opportunities as a hunter and farmer.
* Make cold calls to potential customers and schedule demos to present ActivePipe.
* Use consulting and presenting skills to demonstrate tailored product solutions based on individual customer needs.
* Manage multiple decision makers throughout the sales cycle by building and maintaining business relationships with new and potential customers.
* Create and maintain a database of prospective clients using Salesforce CRM.
* Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to ensure customers are delighted throughout the entire customer experience.
* Maintain short-term and long-term business development plans.
* Be an ambassador for ActivePipe, representing the brand, mission, and values.
Requirements:
* 2 years SaaS sales experience is highly preferred.
* Making outbound cold calls.
* Managing CRM hygiene.
* Providing both remote and in-person product demonstrations.
* Familiarity with revenue forecasting.
* Knowledge of the Real Estate industry and/or mortgage broker industry is favorable.
