About the Role
Grampians Health Ballarat is seeking Grade 2 and Grade 3 Physiotherapists for multiple positions across Care Communities, Women's & Children's Services, and Acute Inpatient Short Stay Unit. These roles offer the opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy care in specialised settings, while contributing to service development and mentoring within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

* Care Communities
Permanent Full-Time with ADO
Starting January 2026 (flexible start date available)

Skills & Experience
Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
Demonstrated clinical experience in relevant specialty areas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centred care.
Leadership experience including mentoring and service development (desirable).
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and tailored treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based interventions including exercise prescription and equipment recommendations.
Support and mentor junior staff and students.
Contribute to service development initiatives, clinical governance, and quality improvement.
Communicate effectively across teams and management levels.
