BIC Consolidated is seeking an experienced and hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning operations across sites in Geelong. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with commercial cleaning experience who can drive service excellence, manage teams effectively, and build strong client relationships.
As Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, maintaining high presentation standards, supporting cleaning staff, and ensuring all contractual and KPI requirements are consistently achieved.
About the Role
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will supervise cleaning teams across allocated sites and ensure all services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This is a leadership role requiring strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support cleaning staff across the site
* Ensure all cleaning specifications and contractual obligations are met
* Conduct regular quality inspections and audits
* Monitor staff attendance, rostering, and site coverage
* Liaise professionally with clients and respond to requests and issues promptly
* Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation
* Manage stock levels, cleaning materials, and equipment
* Ensure WHS and environmental procedures are followed
* Assist with onboarding and training of cleaning staff
* Coordinate additional works and report operational issues
* Ensure accurate completion of site documentation and payroll information
* Maintain strong communication with management and site teams
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous supervisory experience within the commercial cleaning industry
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* High attention to detail and quality standards
* Ability to manage priorities and work independently
* Sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Full Australian working rights
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
