Join a boutique Brisbane based law firm specialising in property and conveyancing matters, supporting clients through the legal aspects of buying, selling and transferring property.
Job Responsibilities
* End‐to‐end management of residential conveyancing files, including contracts, settlements and post‐settlement processes
* Independently handling off‐the‐plan transactions and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and key dates
* Liaising with developers, clients, real estate agents and solicitors throughout the transaction life cycle
* Managing vendor finance matters, leases and related documentation, including key date tracking
* Coordinating property transfers relating to family law matters and estates, working closely with solicitors to ensure smooth transitions
* Conducting PEXA settlements, including electronic settlements and titles lodgement
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence with a high level of accuracy
* Providing general administrative support, including file management and client communication
* Managing competing deadlines while maintaining confidentiality
* Using conveyancing and legal management software to support workflow and compliance
Qualifications
* Minimum two years of Queensland conveyancing experience
* Proficiency with PEXA and conveyancing software such as LEAP, Smokeball or similar
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Confidence managing conveyancing files independently
* Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, agents and solicitors
