Additionally, it’s a great opportunity to engage with the residents and make a difference to someone’s day.The Role:Providing excellent customer service including reception and switchboard duties, inbox coordination, and management of customer requests in the CRM systemConducting orientation tours in the absence of the Home ManagerAssisting with activities for recruiting and onboarding new staff, and for staff rosteringSchedule meetings and arrange conferences, training and site eventsDeveloping intra-office communication protocolsRecords management, data entry and reporting through systems and electronic recordsAssist with compiling information to generate monthly KPI reportingOversee the activities of the Administration AssistantAbout You:Experience performing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environmentAdapt in technology and able to learn new systems quicklyAn interest in spending time with the elderly, and demonstrated empathy and kindness towards themHigh level of verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage time and conflicting priorities effectivelyExperience in staff rostering and general payroll related enquiries would be highly desirableA formal administrative qualification or study in a relevant discipline is highly desirableThe annual flu immunisation and a commitment to receiving the immunisation each yearTo work in Residential Aged Care you will need to have an NDIS Worker Screening Check. The NDIS Check lasts for 5 years and can be used with any organisation/employer. You can find out more information about it here.
