The role
Overview
Events Supervisor at Crown Sydney, leading the logistical support for all Crown Sydney events, including corporate, gala dinners, conferences, product launches, and weddings.
Responsibilities
- Support the logistical execution of Crown Sydney events.
- Assist the Manager to ensure successful execution of the operational plan.
- Coordinate food and beverage teams to meet on‐time achievement of relevant tasks and goals.
- Engage with teams to coordinate room set‐up to meet guest expectations.
- Serve a client‐lead orientation and focus on meeting client expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous event supervisory experience.
- Experience guiding and coaching cross‐functional teams through a variety of events.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and lead people on a journey.
- Experience handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience within a bespoke event environment highly regarded.
- Degree or diploma in event or hospitality strongly regarded.
