An Australian FMCG manufacturing company are looking for a Head of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to lead planning strategy and execution across its end to end supply chain. About The Role Reporting to the COO, this is a pivotal role that works across the full planning time horizon from 0–3 month tactical execution to strategic planning 3 years ahead. You’ll be responsible for embedding best practice IBP methodology across the organisation, integrating supply, demand, production, and workforce planning to ensure clear alignment across all business units. You’ll play a key part in leading planning transformation, engaging stakeholders across the value chain from Sales and Marketing to Finance, Operations, and People & Culture Lead the IBP framework across all pillars – demand, supply, product, reconciliation, and business review Align strategic planning with long term business goals and operational capability Oversee short term (ITP) and long-term planning (IBP) across production, workforce, demand and supply Drive workforce planning integration to ensure capacity, skills, and structure support growth Present planning scenarios and recommendations to executive stakeholders to drive informed decisions Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence in planning systems, processes, and culture Act as a central liaison across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and HR to ensure unified planning outcomes About You We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded planning leader with a strong background in FMCG and end to end supply chain planning. You’ll thrive in high-impact, cross-functional roles and bring deep experience in IBP, workforce planning, and planning transformation.
