Key requirements include MBBS (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration, fellowship in a relevant specialty, proven leadership experience, strong ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams, commitment to excellence in clinical governance, safety, and quality improvement, outstanding communication, integrity, and professionalism, and dedication to education, research, and collaborative practice.
